Before I answer this question, I will illustrate you the requirement for having sustainable business.

How to have sustainable business?

There are many requirements for sustaining your business. Here, I will tell you three fundamentals requirements. They are:

1.You must possess ability to change.

You have to change ( your service or product or your business system ) in order to meet market demands. Let me tell you, if you have already known market demands and still run you business in the same way as before, you will make your business to negative growth.

One more thing, it is necessary for you to adopt new process ( after analysing the impact you are having in the future if you implement this ) and keep learning, implementing, measuring, and evaluating for this. This is the essence of the word “change”.

2.Implementing efficiency in all areas.

It means you have to minimize a waste and maximize all resources.

3.You must obtain and maintain loyal customer.

Loyal customer is very advantageous person, because beside they are doing repeat buying they are also recommend your product to their relatives. It is called word of mouth marketing. 

There are three fundamentals thing to achieve sustainable business. You can see that one of the requirements is maintaining loyal customer.

Yes, this is the old method but still useful because everybody uses smartphone and usually they install chat application in their smartphone like YM, Gtalk , Skype, Whatsapp, Line, and so on.

This approach is the suitable approach if you have a lot of traffic and you want to determine if your website is visited by targeted audience or not.
