According to your copywriting, if your average conversion
rates is 1%. You can measure how many sales will you get.
Number of prospects = 1000
Conversion rate = 1%
Number of sales = number of prospects x conversion rates = 1000 x 1% = 10.
Conversion rate = 1%
Number of sales = number of prospects x conversion rates = 1000 x 1% = 10.
If you have more number of prospects, let say you have 2000,
so number of sales is = 2000 x 1% = 20.
Thing for remember, the above case is rough calculation, it does not reflect the situation in the real world, but the intention is “It is better to get more
audiences or more prospects”.
And
the most important point : the key is not the number of prospect only but the
number of targeted audiences. The more targeted audiences the higher conversion
you will get.

Actually, you can create one account for multipurpose. If
you can control it, it is no problem for you.
Why I choose to create one accout for one purpose? Because,
It is easier for me to trace and monitoring the activities based on Key Performance
Indicator if I separate that account.

responding customer complaint, you just monitor or measure and focus on
@xy-helpdesk account.
If you want to monitor conversion rates of your current
campaign, just analyze in your @xy account.
According to my experiences, you will get more insight if

Here are the steps:

is related for your business.
Twitter has it’s own search engine. Use advance search feature to discover issues
/ problems, information which people want to know, what issues interest them.
You will find it easily because people express wants and needs on Twitter all
the time.
-You can spot whether the account is real human or spam bot
by doing researching above. You have to get targeted audience and real human.
If you have built the list of targeted audience. Do the next step.
If you perform step number one correctly, you will reach targeted
people based on keyword in their recent tweet.
-Start read what your targeted audiences said, then respond
them, reply their comments and their ideas or their feedback. Show them the
right information and the right solution
at right moment and context.
The point is: be helpful for them and initiate
conversations. Join discussion and engage with them.
-Make a connection with influencer in this keyword (topic)
Find your influencer in your topic and make a good relationship with him. First action you can do is follow him then favoriting one of his tweets to create social impression.
