Why I notify you about this? Because there are some social media manager beginners when they buy the tool, they buy without a good concern about their goal and strategy. As a final point, the tools which they buy with high-priced is not utilized well. 

In buying social media tool, you must know the things below:

1.What is your ultimate goal to perform social media campaign?

2.What data will be taken?

3.What metric ( Key Performance Indicator ) will be monitored.

This tool is dedicated for watching the conversation about brand  ( watching your brand or watching your competitor ) , keyword  , etc.

-You can get the data about one brand ( yours or the competitor ) and you can investigate whether the conversation in social media bring a positive sentiment or negative sentiment.

If you found the negative sentiment or many people talk in social media which can make your brand will have bad reputation so you can respond and take proper action to treat this problem.
