-Planning.
After knowing the right information above, then you will be in the next step. In this phase, you define your strategies based on the analysis result and also decide your key performance indicator.

-Execution.
Then you have to run your strategies and implement those strategies in daily basis.

-Control and monitoring.
In this step, you must monitor you achievement against Key Performance Indicator. Did you achieve your objectives?

-Evaluation.
You must evaluate your strategies and your implementation based on the things you found in monitoring process. So that you can go back to make an analysis to develop or modify the strategy and implement that.
